Well priced excellent central hotel in particularly good location on the beach. Good-sized room with extremely comfy beds. An electric kettle, climate control, and a personal safe — very useful. Location right by restaurant for dinner, Nice city center and a business park.

I actually booked this hotel and cancelled our booking in Vence and am extremely happy that I did so, as it is very good value for money as it has everything to ensure one's comfort (including a bath, thank goodness) and is very accessible in terms of visiting the mountain villages like Vence or the coastal towns like Nice. It has a lovely large swimming pool and I loved the stylish decor in the reception and dining areas! The free internet and parking were also huge pluses! Jean Christophe in reception was really pleasant and very helpful.
Our only problem was the fact that we arrived on a Saturday afternoon and were expecting to find a decent affordable place for dinner, but could find nothing! There are two or three restaurants nearby but these were fully booked as wedding venues! The area is not really suited to tourists needs, so you would be better off driving somewhere else like Nice for lunch or dinner. We had Macdonalds!

Clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff, and convenient parking. This hotel is a great value option for those looking to explore Nice and the surrounding areas. The rooms were very clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a reasonable variety and was a good way to start the day. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, which added to the overall positive experience. Parking was convenient and made it easy to explore the area, including the city center of Nice and other nearby attractions.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair. My stay at this hotel was enjoyable, and I had no complaints.

A very good hotel in all aspect except its location, we wanted to go out for a walk after dinner (at the hotel and it was very good), but this was not possible as the area seems in a state of rennovation!

+ The rooms are large and comfortable, great shower + a balcony in every room
- Breakfast is simply horrid - one of the worst hotel breakfast I have had, and also one of the priciest (10.50 eur!). If you want anything else outside of the standard croissant + coffee, prepare for a steaming bowl of microwaved instant scrambled eggs, and ham packaged by the slice. Yuck!!

Location was ideal for getting to Nice and Monaco, staying a little way out from these locations saves you some money. Very comfortable hotel, clean and nice decor. Recomended.
